Filing a DMCA Notice

A compliant notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  • A good-faith statement that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the designated agent with the information required by applicable law.

Repeat Infringer Policy

MyDeme may suspend, terminate, or otherwise restrict users, vendors, suppliers, or account holders who are repeat infringers or who repeatedly provide infringing material.
