These Wholesale Membership Terms govern participation in MyDeme wholesale, business purchasing, and related account programs. By applying for or using a wholesale account, you agree to these terms in addition to the Terms of Use.
Eligibility and Approval
Wholesale access is offered at MyDeme's discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. MyDeme may approve, deny, conditionally approve, re-review, suspend, or revoke membership for documentation, inactivity, misuse, legal compliance, fraud-prevention, credit, or policy reasons.
Pricing and Quote Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing, volume tiers, negotiated quotes, and account-level terms are confidential business information. Members may not publish, share, or disclose pricing to competitors or unauthorized third parties.
Account Use and Prohibited Conduct
Wholesale accounts are non-transferable. You may not share credentials outside your organization, misrepresent business status, submit false or expired tax documents, misuse tax-exempt treatment, or abuse quote or purchase-order workflows.
Purchase Orders and Tax Documentation
MyDeme may accept or reject purchase orders in whole or in part. Tax exemption and VAT-related treatment require valid documentation acceptable to MyDeme and do not guarantee tax-free treatment on every order, jurisdiction, or product category.
No Exclusivity or Agency
Wholesale membership does not create exclusivity, distributorship, franchise rights, or agency authority unless separately agreed in writing.
