MyDeme Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Services and their content, including software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade dress, layout, compilations, and original creative materials, are owned by MyDeme or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
User, Vendor, and Supplier Responsibilities
If you submit content or product materials, you represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions and that your content does not infringe, misappropriate, dilute, or otherwise violate any third-party rights.
Counterfeit and Infringing Goods
MyDeme prohibits counterfeit, unauthorized replica, pirated, and infringing goods. We may remove, reject, suspend, disable, or report listings, products, content, or accounts based on suspected infringement, authenticity concerns, or legal risk.
Complaints and Reports
Rights owners or authorized agents may submit complaints concerning alleged infringement. Include identification of the rights owner, contact details, description of the rights at issue, links or listing identifiers, and a good-faith statement that the complaint is accurate and authorized.
Repeat Infringer Policy
MyDeme may terminate or permanently restrict accounts or relationships involving repeated or serious infringement claims, repeated counterfeit concerns, or other high-risk intellectual property conduct.
