MyDeme.com is operated by My Deme, LLC and serves wholesale buyers, business customers, ecommerce sellers, and consumers. We strive to provide quality products and a positive purchasing experience.

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility, requirements, and limitations regarding returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds.

Standard Return Window

Unless a different policy is stated on the product page, quote, invoice, purchase order, or other written agreement, eligible items may be requested for return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition, unless the return is for damage, defect, or shipment error
  • Include original packaging when applicable
  • Be free from damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling
  • Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Made-to-order or special-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale products
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Gift cards or promotional credits
  • Products marked as non-returnable
  • Business orders governed by separate written terms

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact MyDeme promptly after delivery and include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue.

MyDeme may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution at its discretion.

Return Authorization

Certain returns may require approval before shipment. Customers should contact support before returning merchandise. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on payment provider, financial institution, and order circumstances. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Wholesale and Business Orders

Wholesale purchases, bulk purchases, quote-based purchases, and purchase-order transactions may be subject to additional return limitations. Special-order, custom, or quote-based products may not be eligible for return once production or fulfillment has begun.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Eligible products may be exchanged when inventory is available. Orders may only be canceled prior to processing or fulfillment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
