Is there a minimum order?
Minimum purchase orders aren’t required. My Deme, Llc., Offers flexible and small business friendly wholesale/retail purchase options — you only pay for what you need.
What are the payment terms?
All transactions require a pre-payment via our online payment gateway options. Payments between $4,000-$10,000 USD and payments paid with cryptocurrency may require prior authorization for unverified accounts. After your payment is processed, you may receive an e-mail to confirm your order details; based on your account status.

What is the total cost for my order?
The total cost will be available before, during and after your transaction is processed. There will be no additional fees for freight and small deliveries shipped domestically within the United States.
International shipments, all orders deliverable outside of the United States — May require additional fees incurred by the local duties, taxes and import fees within a specific country. My Deme, Llc., is not responsible for any additional fees incurred on international shipments and freight.
Do you offer drop-shipping?
Yes, we offer direct to consumer also-known-as drop-shipping on our listed products. The delivery address must be verified.
Can I request a product that's NOT available on mydeme.com?
We have more connections, than products posted on this website. As we grow, we are constantly updating our inventory catalog. If you need a custom order or would like to request a specific product, contact us — submit your request via e-mail or on our contact us page. Our usual respone time ranges between 24-48 hours.
