Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Information

At MyDeme.com, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services. Orders are processed promptly, with a typical processing time of 1 business day. Once processed, your items will be shipped the same day or within 48 hours during weekends. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order at checkout. We ship domestically via USPS or UPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information to help you monitor the delivery of your package.


Free Shipping

We’re pleased to offer free international shipping on orders of $99 or more. Depending on your location, we generally ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL.

You can easily determine if your order qualifies for free shipping by using the Shipping Fee Calculator in your shopping cart before checkout. Please keep in mind that free international shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on your destination and any customs delays.


Expedited Shipping

For customers who need their orders faster, expedited shipping is available for domestic orders. The shipping rates for expedited services vary for international orders, but you can view exact rates by using the Shipping Fee Calculator in your cart. Expedited shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days for domestic shipments. International shipping times may vary based on location.

We offer expedited shipping via USPS, UPS, or DHL, and you will be notified via email with tracking information once your order ships.


International Shipping

We currently offer worldwide shipping on all eligible items through Express Mail. Shipping rates for international destinations will vary based on location. All brokerage fees are included in the shipping cost; however, please note that customs duties and taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are due upon delivery and are not covered by MyDeme.com.

Your order will be fully insured and declared at its full retail value. International shipping typically takes 15 to 20 business days, excluding potential customs delays. If your package is denied entry by customs and returned to us, we will refund the cost of the items, but shipping charges will not be refunded.


Order Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately, and we are unable to cancel or modify it. If you wish to return an item, you will need to wait until it is delivered to initiate the return process.


Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.
  • It must be returned with its original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Intimate apparel or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Return Shipping

To begin a return, please email us at CustomerCare@MyDeme.com to request a Return Authorization. Be sure to include your proof of purchase in the return package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items to ensure that your return is securely delivered.


Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of its status. If your return is approved, we will process one of the following options:

  • Exchange for the returned item
  • Store credit (non-transferable)
  • Refund to the original payment method
  • A check or an alternative remedy deemed appropriate by us

Refunds and exchanges will be processed in a timely manner, but please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

If the conditions outlined above are not met, MyDeme.com reserves the right to refuse the return, exchange, or refund. We may also apply additional conditions based on the nature of the return.
