Shipping & Return Policy

All defined terms below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Shipping

Order processing typically takes 1 business day. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped that day, or within 48 hours on weekends. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at the point of purchase. We ship domestically using USPS or UPS.

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment.

Free Shipping

We offer free international shipping on orders of ninety-nine dollars or more. We usually ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL. You can see if your order qualifies by using the Shipping Fee Calculator in the shopping cart. Free shipping international transit time usually takes 7 to 14 business days.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping on domestic orders, rates may vary for international orders. Shipping is usually via USPS, UPS, or DHL. You can see if your order qualifies by using the Shipping Fee Calculator in the shopping cart. Expedient shipping transit time usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available worldwide from AllureAssure.com. We ship internationally with Express Mail rates may vary. All brokerage fees are included, however, AllureAssure.com is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods – these are payable by the recipient upon delivery. We ship the items fully insured and listed at the total retail value. Express Mail generally takes 15 to 20 business days, not including any customs delays. If a package is denied entry by customs and returned to us we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are not refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be canceled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Returns

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.  Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate apparel, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.  These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at CustomerCare@MyDeme.com.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

All returned merchandise should be sent to us at 4915 paleo pines circle, Fort Pierce, FL, 34951.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Refunds and Exchanges

 Once we have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
